To usher in the spring season, Gusto has created a new salad, pizza and handcrafted beverage which will be added to their chef inspired menu on the spring solstice. “Spring Chick,” the new seasonal salad, is Gusto’s playful twist on a traditional chopped salad. On top of a fresh spring mix and romaine blend lays pancetta, hard boiled egg, avocado, bleu cheese, cilantro, tomato tossed with a “skinny vin,” Gusto’s take on a champagne vinaigrette. Gusto recommends the Spring Chick be accompanied with their signature roasted chicken.
